Formula to convert numeric to alpha (in English for a dummy)

I am not Excel savvy. Can someone please show me how to convert 1223.35 to One Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Three Dollars and Thirty Five Cents in a simple easy to understand manner. Thanks!
