Formula to copy down above cell when the cell is empty

I have the below sample data. I need to copy down the name (i.e Mark) on the empty cells. I tried different versions of the If formula, but I get 0
Date Name Views
01/02 Mark 2
01/05 3
01/06 1
01/02 John 2
01/05 1

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.

Hi,

You can also just Double left click on the cell handle (little square at bottom right corner of cell) of the Populated name (e.g. Mark), and it'll flash fill all the empty cells until there's another populated cell (e.g. John), as long as cells are filled on either side of the column. Repeat for John, etc.

Hi,
Thank you for your replied, but I don't have the find & replace option on my company excel, and I have over 5,000 rows and can't copy manually. Any other suggestion?

Try using the F5 shortcut.

Note that the advantage to using the methodology described in that link is you do not need to repeat. You can do them all at once.
