formula to count from column to column

I need a dynamic formula. My data range I am looking at is from G6 to AAA6. In that range I have the number 1 populated according to the start date and how many days the activity runs from the start date. In row 12 I want to look in row 6 until I find the first number 1. Once it finds 1 I need to have a one put in the correct column in row 12. Then after that each 1 it finds I need in row 12 to count so I know how many days it is until the values no longer contain 1 in row 6.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
