Anyone know how I can record the above.

Both A & B have alerted to the same address. This could happen serveral times. I need a formula to calculate how many both suppliers alert us to.

Any Ideas?

If i understood the question right, you're looking for a formula to count how many have the same address etc?

An array-formula could help you out, note that the formula only count words/ data written in the excat same way.

Yeah thats right, but i need it to count the address by combination.

So if both A & B alert to 1 address, this needs to be counted as 1. I really dont know where to start with it.

I will then have the data recoreded on a seperate tab.

The alerts can either be a positive, negative & Inconclusive. So I need it to count the above but also count if it's positive, negative orInconclusive.
