Formula to display relative position

Hi.
What formula is possible to use in order to get the relative position. let me give you some illustration first, Please

in my sheet 1 I have this results, as you can see there are a position bin, meaning, I would like on sheet 2 to get the positions of the color cells, let me show you another images of sheet 2

on sheet1 col D the first yellow cell is according to the position Bin is 1 so that value is on sheet 2 on B2 and the same for the rest

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
A formula can not identify cells by their colour.

It would have been more sensible if you had not specifically asked for a formula, doing so implies that you might not be able to use vba.

That would be a duplicate thread, which is against forum rules.

Also, please use XL2BB (button on the reply toolbar) for posting your examples in future rather than screen captures or copy and paste.
