Does anyone know how you can exclude weekends from an excel chart which calculates dates. ie start date changes and all following formulae update the finish date eg C9+$B9-1 where C9 = start date and $B9 = duration of task?

Hi GaeKettle

Please check the help for the WORKDAY() function.

You may have to enable the Analysis ToolPak at Tools>Add-ins

Hope this helps
