i need in this example Feb 2021 extracted

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Try
Excel Formula:
=MID(LEFT(A1,FIND(".",A1)-1),FIND(" ",A1)+1,LEN(A1))

I extracts
"Report pertaining for ISTL Feb 2021" instead of Feb 2021

Assuming only one "." in the file name, try

Excel Formula:
=TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(LEFT(A1,FIND(".",A1)-1)," ",REPT(" ",10)),20))
