I have a sheet with a date in Column B. I need to find the closest Thursday that is 150 days prior to this date. I can't seem to get the formula to make this happen. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Glad to help!

These date formulas can be deceptively tricky. Note that if you want to go back 160 days and find the closest Thursday, you can't just change the 150 to 160. You also need to adjust the +1 on the end. But the form of the formula should be the same.
