Hey guys
I’m in the middle of trying to create a spreadsheet which contains the holiday entitlement for designers currently employed by our organisation
In cells E1 I have the name of a designer who is entitled to holiday
In column D I have all the dates from the first of January 2009 to the 31st of December 2009
When the designer want books time as holiday, I place the letter H in column E next to the dates they want to book off as holiday which appear in column D
To expand on this I want to have the ability create a list from using some kind of formula starting from cell E 381 of all the dates which have the letter H in column E.
So recording to the screenshot, my list would hold the following information

D E
381 15-Dec
382 16-Dec
384 17-Dec
385 18-Dec

any help would be much appreciated
