I have names in column Q6:Q
I also have names in Column R6:R

I need to find all unique names and list them in S6 on down.
What formula can I use to do this?

Thank You in advance,
Michael Daniels

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Did not want to use Advanced Filter.
I would like a formula to do it if possible.

Also, there is a bunch of data that changes all the time, I really can't manually add all the names into "S". Again, trying to see if there is a formula that will pull unique items from 2 columns.

Thank You,
Michael
