I would like a formula to permanently remove a value where the decimals are more than 2 decimal places for eg if value appears as 2501.256999 in the formula bar, the numbers after the first two decimal places must be removed-in this example 6999 after .25 must be removed.

The the cell has been formatted to 2 decimal places. the cell itself shows only 2 decimal places, but the formulabar shows more than 2 decinal places

Your assistance in this regard will be most appreciated

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Try this

Code:
Sub DecP2()
Dim c As Range
For Each c In ActiveSheet.UsedRange.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, xlNumbers)
    c.Value = c.Text
Next c
End Sub
