Formula to pull in start/finish dates?

Hi all struggling with figuring out how to pull in start and finish dates from a cash flow.

Say I have:

Jan 19 Feb 19 Mar 19 Apri 19..etc

$xxx. $xx



For this example..the start would be Jan and finish would be Feb.

How would I create a formula for this?

lookup can return the end date also
