Formula To Return 0 Not Value?

I have 2 formulas that return VALUE, can I have this return 0 instead? They also have a conditional format if that matters. The formulas are...
and
=AVERAGE(B22:E22)
How can I change these to return a 0 or black instead of VALUE? Thanks for ay help.
 

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
=IFERROR(formula,0)

Or perhaps be better to sort out your errors?
