Formula to Return Range Value Help

apologies if this has been answered already.

I keep tabs on my league's standings and I would love to make a formula to keep track of record over the last 10 games. However, the part that's stumping me is that the right end of the range consistently increases (the last cell with a value will go from J4 to K4 to L4 and so on). Could you help me create a formula that will auto-update (something like 10 cells from the last entered value) as I add more information to the worksheet? The two values in the cells are "W" and "L". I only need a formula to return the "W" values within the last 10 filled cells from the last filled cell of the row.

Thanks a ton

Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Hi and welcome to MrExcel.

Is this what you require?....

Sample Data1....

Excel Workbook
ABCDEFGHIJK
110W5
2L5
3Data1Data2Data3Data4Data5Data6Data7Data8Data9Data10
4WLWLWLWLWL
5
Sheet1

Sample Data2....

Excel Workbook
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO
110W4
2L6
3Data1Data2Data3Data4Data5Data6Data7Data8Data9Data10Data11Data12Data13Data14
4WLWLWLWLWLLLLW
5
Sheet1

The above formula was taken from here and altered from a single column to a single row, with the value "W" placed into a cell, C1, instead of being hard coded in the formula and the value 10 has been placed into a cell, B1, so that you can check any given number of records.........
