Formula to show Picture depending on Number

Hi

colud somebody help me with following please?
I have 200 rows spreadsheet where I make several calculations. A part of this calculations is comparing.
I am using Excel 2003
I am looking for formula which allows me to show picture in column B depending on number in column A. If column A is empty B should be empty as well. (see picture) http://yfrog.com/0jexcelp
Any idea how to do it?
