Hi,

Is there any formula to automatically show the full month range when I key in a date in that particular month?

For example, in column A1, I type in 6/10/2021, and then in column A3 it will show 1 - 31 October 2021.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Oops on a mobile and accidentally clicked on it.
Since I am here =EOMonth(A6,0) will give the end of the month and with your format you can hardcode the 1.
So ="1 - " & Text(EOMonth(A6,0), "dd mmmm yyyy")
