Formula to show trend arrows comparing data in columns.

</TD><TD style="PADDING-BOTTOM: 15px" vAlign=top>Hi, I've seen this video Mr Excel & excelisfun Trick 14: Trending Up Down Arrows, it was a great help but how do I do the same using trend arrows but comparing columns instead of rows?
