HI,

Im looking for a formula which can show how much stock will become out of date based on weekly usage.

There are multiply items all of which have different use by dates so if the stock expires or runs out it will know to consume the next use by date and so on.

Ive attached the a image so you can see what im trying to achive.

Ive been working on this for 2 days now and no closer to the answer then when i started so hopefully someone can help!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

The results you want can probably be achieved. But the example PNG you have uploaded has a mismatch of values.

Upload the sample data using XL2BB Utility to better understand what exactly you want to do.
