Formula with non adjacent cells

I am struggling to find a formula that can be copied, I would like to avoid doing it manually as it would be very time consuming. My goal is to have a formula that takes and average of 10 numbers from another tab that are spaced 20 columns apart. Suggestions? Macros or the offset function?

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).

How about:

Excel Formula: 
=SUMPRODUCT(Sheet38!D19:GR19,--(MOD(COLUMN(Sheet38!D19:GR19)-COLUMN(Sheet38!D19),20)=0))/10

change the ranges to match your sheets.
