Just a Quick One am having trouble with the rating of percentage for performance of Task Time Weekly i was able to get all time and average
so the idea is to rate the percentage if the time is High the percentage should be low and if time is Low Percentage should be High
Column C 6 Time 20.49 Percentage should be low 25
Column D 6 Time 13:14 Percentage should be Mid 50%
Column E 6 Time 10:06 Percentage should be High 70%
Above is the sample of what and i want the rating of percentage
