Hi People i know this is an easy one for you guys have searched but don't know what called so not sure what looking for. i have data spread out over many cells but i only need data from every 5 line, is there a formula that will return every value every five lines down????? please help thanks

Thats what it looks like i want it to look like this

I know i could just go through and delete but we're talking thousands of them cell count was 10,000 and i really don't wanna have to go through it!
