Hi i need to add these two formulas together but don't know how to do it. Please help.

=IF(AND(I5="YES",J5="YES",K5="YES",L5="NO"),"YES","NO")

OR

=IF(AND(I5="YES",J5="NO",K5="NO",L5="NO"),"YES","NO")

=IF(AND(I5="YES",J5="YES",K5="YES",L5="NO"),"YES",IF(AND(I5="YES",J5="NO",K5="NO",L5="NO"),"YES","NO"))
