Hi All,

I have an excel 2007 based tool. The workflow involves two phases.
In first phase; tool pull data from sharepoint site(Data is present in excel files at sharepoint) and copy it to another sheet on local drive. However this copy is not a simple as-it-is process. It involves searching/lookups and other mathematical processing in sharepoint data through running formulae.

In second phase the data published in the sheet is used further.

Now, I am facing a performance issue in first phase where tool has to pull data from sharepoint.

I am planning a design change in order to improve performance. So if anyone has any sort of experience in similar case, please suggest.

P.S. I am thinking of pulling data from sharepoint as it is in some in memeory data structure which will be further used for populating the sheet. This I am planning to do with the help of macro.

Thanks in advance

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
