Hello,

Does anybody have the Excel formulas on how to get SQUARES, TRINES( to power of 3 ) and QUADS ( power of 4 )?

I have a column of numbers and wanted to construct 3 additional columns that give me these results. So, for example, if the first column has numbers 1 to 22. The next column would be for the squares. If we wanted the square of 3, we know that this would be 3 to the raised power of 2, which is the same as 3x3 = 9. The trine would have been 3 to the raised power of 3, quad would be 3 to the raised power of 3,etc.

Any help would be appreciated,
Al
