Hi,

My Excel sheet only shows formulas, and not their results. For example, a cell shows =3*7 rather than 21.

Can anyone please provide me the porbably simple solution to my problem?

Thanks,
Jared

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hi, the option is in Tools - Options. then at the bottom in window options is a tick box for Formulas.

Neither of those seem to work

Hi,
Regardless of whether or not the box is ticked, the formula (and new formulas I enter) still show =3*7 rather than 21. Could something else be causing my problem?

Thanks,
Jared

Is, or was the cell formatted as text before you inputed the formulas?

Also, shortcut for getting in and out of formula view:
Ctrl+accent (found above tab)

~Edit for clarification
