Formulas not updating

I have a workbook where I have encountered cells containing formulae that will not update after data has been changed unless I go to each cell and hit the edit key (F2).

The options/calculation in the workbook are set to automatic and likewise F9 does not update the calculations.

Ideas anyone?

Welcome to the board.

In Edit --> Replace, put an equals sign in both the "find what" and "replace with" fields and press "replace all".
