Formulas won't update

Hey guys,

Having an odd issue; formulas between two sheets aren't updating unless I hit Ctl-alt-F9. (just a simple Sumif statement calculating between two sheets).

Have checked and calculations are set to automatic, and have tried swapping it off automatic and back on.

I'll be needing to hand this spreadsheet off to someone, so don't want to have them need to do anything to update the formulas.

Anyone have any ideas on this?? Thanks!

Chris

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Do you have any VBA-code in the file?

Did you try to close the Excel application and reopen Excel and the file?

Wow, that did it! I'd used some code in a separate workbook; visual basic editor kept opening automatically, guess that might have been causing the issue. Thanks for the help!
