Hello-

I was given a chart to work with to track impact of projects. It plots a Data Label (yellow circle with number in it) on the chart. It works great, but i want to expand it down to 100 projects. I have played with it all day and cannot figure out how to build more plot points and make the data label look the same: (one is plotted right now at 5,5)

This is what the data looks like being plotted, the one plotted above is the test in this data:

This is what the Select Data Source Looks Like:

When I click Edit on number one, this is what shows in the edit series:

What can I do to drag this down to 100, and keep the yellow bubble with number as the data format? I have tried everything, and the closest i got was a dot on the chart with a number.

as always, i appreciate any help

I've tried to recreate your setup. Here is the chart with labels and the "Capital T" Table containing my data.

Test Labels From Cells In Table 1.png

The X values are in $O$3:$O$12, the Y values are in $N$3:$N$12. The series formula is
=SERIES(Sheet1!$N$2,Sheet1!$O$3:$O$12,Sheet1!$N$3:$N$12,1)

The data label range is $L$3:$L$12:

When I save and close the file, then reopen it and add a row to the Table, everything in the chart updates to include the added row of the Table. My series formula, X values, Y values, and Labels all include row 13.
=SERIES(Sheet1!$N$2,Sheet1!$O$3:$O$13,Sheet1!$N$3:$N$13,1)

You have to do it exactly like this, with the X values, Y values, and data labels using all of the data rows of the Table.
