Hey guys,

I have had enough of my current job working in a factory, but one thing it has taught me is that most of the time im pretty hot with excel, as we have alot of data to be processed and I also enjoy the work.

How plausable is it to get into doing freelancing excel work? I will take additional courses if needed although I have already studied this type of thing at college years ago, and im fairly good at working out things which I have never carrier out before.

Any good web sites which anyone could suggest to get into this field (Obviously I want a trusted site so im a bit scared to join the first site promoting freelance work incase it is infact a scam, although thats not a great concern as it can be a bit obvious which are bad)

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Do you have any contacts you could use?

The sites like freelancer.com and gurus.com have plenty of work but the pay is rubbish and you won't make a living that way.

Also, what is your skill set? Try to write a good description of what you can do, including examples of some of the problems you have solved, and see how you go with a recruiter.
