Freeze Panes - Only Freezing One

Does anyone know of an issue with Excel freezing panes?
I've always been able to free multiple panes, either at the top or the left - now it only freezes one at either the top or left and it's driving me potty!

I'm using the Office 365 version of Excel, but it seems to be the same on Office 2016 on a different PC.

Have I missed something?
 

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Ignore, restarted Excel and it's working (did the same on both as it had been open a while)
