? freeze the size of a chart's plot area?

Is it possible to freeze the size of a chart's plot area? When you increase the font size of the chart title, the plot area automatically shrinks, I don't want it to! Also, is there a way to set the size of the plot area other than click and drag (I know you can do it with VB, but the ultimate users of this aren't equipped to understand VB)...
Thanks for any advice! :)
