Is there any way to freeze BOTH a row and a column on the same spreadsheet?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"

freeze panes (menu window)
first column as well as first row are "frozen"
