Full Numbers in CSV

I generated a CSV file from data and the problem is that the numbers are showing as in the picture while when I click on it they are the full number in the formula bar
I want to show ful in cell too . I am doing from VBA so please guide me
How can I do it

I am not sure I get your point. Do you mean after generating the csv you want to change your numbers in the csv file?

We can do it before the generation of csv
I am trying to display full number in CSV of Column A as shown in the Macro Salaries sheet

when we save this csv and open the again then it shows as scientific numbers or transacted numbers
