I am looking for a function or code that will allow me in the event that a cell contains a number say 1030 I want it to copy that entire row to another sheet. It is a spreadsheet that I fill out weekly for a log of work orders and the number is going to refer to a specific piece of equipment and will be in a dedicated column for the equipment numbers but I am wanting to pull some of these numbers from the spreadsheet and move them to another for tracking. I could cut and paste but I would like to find out how to automate the process. Any Ideas?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
I think you could do this with just a simple IF statement.
Say Sheet 1 A1 is 1030

In sheet 2 Cell A2: =IF(Sheet1!$A$1="1030",Sheet1!A2,"")
Copy down
