Function required removing special characters

Dear All,Is there any function/formula in Excel sheet that can remove special characters in data?Question BBD/B CNABC>C ANUN>A/A CNBBD*A ABNAnswersBBDB CNABCC ANUNAA CNBBDA ABNPlease help me…….Arun C M</PRE>
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
It is data you want to remove it from and now formual isn't. ?

Which special charaters do you want to remove?

Hi,

Hit CTRL + H

find what: /
replace with:

click replace all

find what: >
replace with:

click replace all

find what: ~*
replace with:

click replace all

Note: leave the 'Replace with:' column empty.
