i mean
i have a text "redding glases" in cell e4
and i want function in e4 that tell to excel to implant this text that on e4
in cell b5:b10
i mean planet it on b5 b6 b7 b8 b9 b10

You can just do:
=E4 in each of your cell
or
=$E$4 in B5 and drag it down.
or
=IF($E$4="redding glases",$E$4,"")
drag down

just on of Tham is "Redding glasses" in e4
but is go on until e100

so i cannot used the if function
