I need help with figuring out future ages of employees.

Example:
Cell A1 holds employees DOB.
Cell B1 holds Future Date.
Cell C1 holds new age (years, months, days).

My DOB is: 6-14-1956
What is my age in 10-14-2010? (format as ___ years ___ months ___ days).

I am using MS Excel 2000 and not sure if I have the latest functions.

Thank full for any help!

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
In C1 use:

=IF(OR(A1="",B1=""),"Add Both Dates Above!",DATEDIF(A1,B1,"y")&" years, "&DATEDIF(A1,B1,"ym")&" months and "&DATEDIF(A1,B1,"md")&" days")
