I am starting a new GANNT Chart and need help with the conditional formatting please..

I need 3 formulas one, I have worked out for the Planned Dates -
VBA Code:
=AND($H7>=M$5,$D7<N$5)

I also need to record the actual start date/finish (and use TODAY() somehow so if there is an actual start date, it records daily and stps when the actual finish date is put in

Also, I need to record the difference between planned end and actual end in a different colour

Assuming the project is ongoing (and today is 10 June)

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Hello surkdidat - There are some tremendous resources available online for Gantt charts. First - make sure you use the strange spelling of "Gantt" correctly. You might check out vertex42.com (Gantt Chart Template for Excel) where they have all kinds of templates (including very useful Gantt charts). An additional resource is: How to make a Gantt chart in Excel 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019

Both I have found helpful. Hope this helps get you started.
