HI Friends,
i'm preparing a gantt chart for tracking the production days and percent of completion and days remaining. i have used conditional formatting to update by production date by black bar and days complete by blue bar.
i also like to add the production complete to reflect in the column with color. Pls any one help me to prepare this report...

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
or else you can alter my excell, my concept is::

If a client is given a project and it has a start date and end date... that date must be color....
i need to track the production completed each day.. that also must indicated..
if i not complete my production on time,. it must show me in red.

Sorry, I don't understand. Can you mock up an example (without using Conditional Formatting) showing what colours you want where and the reasons?

Hi, i have marked up the example is the attached screenshot..
http://tbf.me/a/COWynp
when i get a start date and dude date for a project. i need to mention in Column D and E. it will reflect the column from N to DB. These column will change to black color...
Next, if that project has 4 days time to deliver, i.e from 30-09-2013 to 04-10-2013. wen each days completes, it need to get updated the date mentioned cell from N to DB in Blue color..
Wen my project is near the final date on deliver. it needs to alert me with Red.
Now all the above things i have done. i have a column as G and H. i have used I column to track how many % of production i have completed.. This need to reflect in Column N to DB with any color you need..

Sorry, I still don't understand. Create a mockup where all three conditional formats are applied, giving reasons.
