Gantt Chart with Peak Loads

Hi everyone,
I downloaded a Gantt chart template but want to add the dimension of "peak loads".
I would like it to automatically add a red zone in the area between 03-05-2020 and 01-06-2020 (start of the week in question, of course).
The conditional formatting for the below chart is seen below as well.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)
