Hi, is there is a formula that will help identify gaps between two dates for only rows that have the same unique Id?

Example:
Employee IDPeriod Start DatePeriod End Date
325456
5/30/2008
2/22/2014
325456
2/23/2014
1/1/2016
325456
2/22/2016
12/31/2021
306914
6/2/2014
4/1/2016
306914
5/2/2016
10/1/2016
306914
3/2/2017
5/14/2018

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
With the given example, which result would you like to get?
