Hi, I have a restaurant concept in Los Angeles. I have created some liquor cost spreadsheets comparing our depleted inventory with sales. I also have a column of PAR amounts for the bottles for the minimum we should always have on hand. I am trying to create a formula so that if a certain bottle is low in stock, it will list it on another worksheet under the corresponding vendor. That way when I am done with inventory, I have a sheet of all products needed to order grouped by vendor. The initial worksheet is grouped by vodkas, gins, etc so the vendors are random. I am not sure what term to use to search any tutorial lists for this feature. Any help....??

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
That file maker is beyond my skill set. When I opened the application it asked me about macros...

I REALLY appreciate your help and interest in my dilemma.. can I email the file to you?

My restaurant is called CONGREGATION Ale House in Long BEach, CA. My email is info@congregationalehouse.com.

And my name is Travis, thank you again for your help!!

Borders-copy-paste should not be difficult to use. Would you try that method?

I posted it on my 'cloud', but it is asking me for an email to share it with you. This is the only place I know how to post it...
