I've searched the forum a bit, but i mostly find making one list out of multiple lists where i need multiple lists out of one list thats also dynamic

I'm working with multiple suppliers, and in the end I need to send a quotation to our financial department for each individual supplier. This could bring quite the headache from time to time

So i was thinking of creating one general list with everything I have and fill this in with the amounts I wish to order, but generate multiple lists from this main list of each provider whenever I filled in the amount I wish to order.

This also needs to be able to be worked on by other colleagues, so the simpler the process they have to do the better (just filling in the main list)

I've added the screenshot as a quick visual example
