Generate Year 2016 Weekday/Weekend date with time

Please I want to generatedate data for weekdays and weekend respectively. The date starts from 01/01/2016 and ends on 31/12/2016. The weekday contains only weekdays date and the weekend contains weekend dates. each dates for weekdays/weekend should have time format such that the time begins at 0.00 and end at 23.00 (i.e. 24 data point for the time associated to each date. Also, I would like to know how to calculate sum and average for each date across the different weekdays and weekends. Such that on 01/01/2016 which is a Friday and a weekday of 2016 would have the following format, and so on, thank you:
