Generating a List based on enterie Totals

After a solution to a problem I'm having with generating a list that is populated with entries that are defined from a separate table.

So I need to generate a list that looks like this

North

East

South

South

South

South

South

West

West From a table that is made up of values for each entire like this North 1 East 2 South 4 West 2 Any help would be appreciated, quite a novice when it comes to Excel tbh! Simon <tbody> </tbody>

Array formula in cell D2:

=INDEX($A$1:$A$4,MATCH(FALSE, COUNTIF($D$1:D1,$A$1:$A$4)=$B$1:$B$4,0))

Just need to figure out how to get it to populate a table based on table title
