Hi,
I have two tabs and I'm looking for the formula to insert in column R on the first tab. See first screenshot.
Then, I have data in the second tab, with two conditions and status. See second screenshot.
This formula should compare entries across two tabs and then pull the corresponding status from column H (tab 2) into column R (tab 1). See third screenshot for the desired result.
Appreciate your help with the working formula :)

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
No worries, I have figured out how to do this with array formula (INDEX and MATCH)
