get items across multiple sheets to three data validations without any duplicated item

I need help from the experts I know this complicated and it's possible do that by vba
so I have about five sheets the same structure from COL A : E and I have sheet name's RESULT the three dropdown starts from d2: f2 and end d20:f20 so I want link the items across multiple sheets COL B,C,D and link with COL D,E,F in sheet RESULT without any duplicated or empty with considering sometimes the items are existed in some sheet but not in another sheet
this simple my data in all the sheets the same structure
