We have updated our software for a program we use at work and it exports data to Excel differently than the prior version. The prior version used to put all the information in columns (see partial copy and paste below) which is how I like it. Now it exports the file with sections that have colored box headers sub-sectioning the report on a few of the fields such as MD, Hospital, Department, etc.

I might be able to fix the report to export differently but, assuming I can't, is there a way in excel to get rid of these unwanted sections and to put the exported data all in columns?

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
