Get the highest and lowest % and oldest and newest date (Formula needed) No vba please.

Please help. I have a list of dates in column A and list of % (e.g., 1.2% etc) in Column B. I need to extract 4 items:

1. Oldest Date
2. Newest Date
3. Lowest %
4. HIghest %

Thanks.
