Hellow Excel friends.

I have been trying to create a VBA macro for the following issue:

I have many groups of repeated cells in colunm A and I need to make it all as unique but the condition to get the unique is getting the most frequent text in each column ex:
In range B4:B7, the most frequent cell is AA then put into the cell B8,
In range C4:C7, the most frequent cell is TT then put into the cell B8
It would have a looping until the last column filled.
After that goes to next group "793" .........
The most frequent text in each range would consider all text excpet the string "./.". For example, If I have two "./." and one "GG" then return GG.

Is that possible fellows?
